What we offer

We pay a fixed monthly rent regardless of occupancy. No void periods, no missed payments, no uncertainty. Rent is paid on time, every time.
Full property management
We handle everything — tenancy management, maintenance coordination, compliance, inspections and all resident-related matters. You do not need to be involved in the day-to-day running of the property.
Compliance as standard
We manage all properties to a consistently high standard including fire safety, gas and electrical certification and regular inspections. We do not cut corners on compliance — because it protects our residents, our staff and you as the property owner.

What we look for
We are interested in a range of property types across the North East:
- Houses suitable for use as shared accommodation
- Self-contained flats and apartments — 1, 2 and 3-bedroom
- Larger blocks or multi-unit schemes
- Properties requiring some upgrade works, subject to agreement on costs
Our areas of operation include Tyneside, Teesside, Wearside, County Durham and Northumberland.
